1. Agreement

By using Almanar Bakery’s website, WhatsApp ordering lines, mobile apps or branch services in Bahrain, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not place orders or use our digital channels.

2. Who we are

Almanar Bakery is a third-generation family bakery based in Manama, Bahrain, with branches in Jid Ali, Aali, Jidhafs and Segaya. Contact: info@almanarbakeryapp.com · WhatsApp +973 3938 3336.

3. Orders & availability

• Menu items, prices and same-day availability may vary by branch and time of day.
• Custom cakes and catering require advance notice; confirmation is given when our team accepts the order.
• Orders placed via WhatsApp, our app or marketplace partners are subject to acceptance and stock.
• We may refuse or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled safely or accurately.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in Bahraini Dinar unless stated otherwise. Payment may be made in branch, through our app, or via delivery partners according to their checkout flow. Promotional prices apply only while clearly advertised.

5. Delivery & pickup

Delivery times are estimates. Pickup orders should be collected at the agreed branch and time. Marketplace deliveries (Talabat, Ahlan and others) follow those partners’ terms for timing and fees.

6. Allergens & food information

Our kitchens handle nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs and other common allergens. Please tell us about allergies when ordering. We take care but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

7. Website & intellectual property

Content on this website — including the Almanar Bakery name, logo, photos and journal articles — belongs to Almanar Bakery or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse our WhatsApp lines, apps or website (including spam, abusive messages or attempts to disrupt our systems). We may block numbers or accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Bahraini law, Almanar Bakery is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed delivery outside our control, or third-party marketplace failures. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
